So this session is all about how to manage the sometimes unmanagebale, the unspoken or the underhand ways in which people behave. You are going to experience politics in a positive way, you’re going to understand what politics actually is and how to manage it on a dialy basis, you’re going to find out what type of political animal you are (yes, and there are 4 different types!) and you are going to leave with skills and ideas about how to manage the politics back at your Club much more effectively.
