However, people’s reactions to feedback are often negative, cause friction, disagreement and conflict. You will see the foolproof way to give effective feedback with a specifically designed process that promotes a positive outcome.
The session will be intensive, practical and results focused. You will be provided with a logical, structured process that will assist you in developing really effective working relationships. You will be asked to take real life issues that are important for you to practice. The outcomes will be more skill, confidence and loads of fun.
You will become a role model for giving feedback and gain credibility and valuable leadership skills as you do. This is a critical skill that, once mastered, can be used in the workplace, with your friends and even your family.
